Did u make sure the bolt secure the saddle to the seat post is not stripped? I don't see any other way that can contribute to your problem,may be the seat rail is too small in diameter? the seat post in the pic below is a Tammer weekender suspension type,micro tilt adjustment,25.4 OD , will sell for cheap,give me an offer.
