Obviously people should be able to make an informed choice and should be aware that DX don't always get it right, but at the same time they ship a large quantity of products and 99% of customers are very happy.

There are many, many people using P7 torches from DX who are all very happy.

By all means represent the minority, but at least try to keep it proportional, you make it sound a lot worse than it is.

I've placed 23 orders in the last year, totalling more than 50 items. One item was lost in the post and replaced by DX, another was incorrect and quickly replaced.

Almost without exception everything I've bought has been pretty good or excellent, the one item I've been unhappy with was low value and I was unhappy with it more from personal taste than any other reason.

If everyone who has bought a WF139 charger posted here saying they were happy with it, then it would be proportional and you would be entirely drowned out.

As it is you are robbing people of the opportunity make an informed choice and to get accurate feedback on the items they are considering buying.

Just to make sure it's clear, I recommend items I have bought and KNOW to be of high quality and exceptional VFM. I don't believe that there is any reason why other people wouldn't want to know that.
