We're out of school for the summer, but we still get out for the 30 milers as often as possible. Today was hot and humid. But after a week of GRABAAWR we're in fine shape and took all the hills along the way in our stride (slow, but easy). That pavement really can radiate heat when we're climbing at 5 mph! Whew!
