Bikes: Kona fire mountain/xtracycle,Univega landrover fs,Nishiki custom sport Ross professional super gran tour Schwinn Mesa (future Xtracycle donor bike)

Once a year whether it needs it or not,LOL.

Seriously about once a month or so in the summer and/or after riding in the rain.Weekly in the winter
