My commute WAS... and that's a huge improvement over the last month or so, when I was sidelined by travel and the bike was out of commission with some ongoing spoke issues. Finally got a new (for me) wheelset installed last night and was able to ride in. Oh, how I missed it!!!

Ride in was nice... mid-60s, slight headwind much of the way, but man it felt good to be back in the saddle and pedaling away.

Fewer commuters than I expected to see. Have all the DC fairweather commuters on the Mount Vernon Trail disappeared over the last month? I remember seeing more riders out some of the still cold mornings in March! Oh well, easier ride for me then :-)
