By the way, I don't wanna sound like a hero/wanker (I only raced for three years, a long time ago) but just remember that it REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hurts when you crash. I reckon we all forget how much it hurts.

I still get soreness in my shoulder from my last crash which was 2.5 years ago, and I didn't even break anything.
