I gave up on looking for a saddle bag that doesn't rub. I use a Wrap Pack Max from Do Wrap. It will fit a tube, three CO2 cartriges, a mini tool, tire levers, patch kit and clean up wipes into a nice compact pouch that easily fits into a jersey pocket with room to spare. No more rub and no more moving a saddle bag from bike to bike. Highly recommended!
