Here is why I mostly buy from a brick and mortar shop. I just received my Camelbak Racebak from Bikesomewhere.com. They sent the wrong one. I ordered and paid for the one that comes with the reservoir I got the vest only. Now I'll have to send it back and pay for the shipping and then wait for them to get it, process it and send another. This will take weeks, I did this to save 20 bucks. I now regret that decision.
