First bike in 10 years got it a few weeks ago. Originally it was a Scalpel 900 XL but the frame was too big for me, but for 1095$ I couldn't pass it up. The service manager at the shop had a Large 3000 frame in the back and offered to swap everything over for 100$ plus a few Franklins for the frame if I bought the bike that day. I almost **** myself to put it lightly because this is the bike I've always wanted. I sold the XL frame on ebay for 550$ last week and got all my money back.

I dunno if I'm going to upgrade it to a full 05 XTR drive train or piecemeal it together - need to do some research on cranks, derailleurs, and brakes but really the bike needs nothing. Its been rainin in SoCal lately and I couldn't help but to take it out anyway... two weeks old. hahahah.
