it's a little different now, than in the pics, but you get the idea. 38# now, the new stuff on the way should get me to 37#. selling off some old stuff to pay for it all. total net cost is less than $2k even with the new stuff coming. i've only had a few rides on it so far, but hope to get some good miles on it in the next few weeks to get used to it.

04 Weyless 67 frame 16" size, Manitou Swinger 3-way coil shock ti mount bolts, ti/alu mix of bolts for the dropouts/swingarm pivots

04 'Zocchi Z-150 - running full air with it right now, still leaves full rebound and ETA adjustments.
DK mph headset, alu colt for the starnut
Azonic Shorty 60mm stem, ti bolts
Answer Protaper bars, 27" x 2" rise with ODI Rogue lock on grips
Suntour thumby front shifter, SRAM X.7 trigger rear, alloy mount bolts (swapping this to SRAM twisties soon - i'm finding i don't like the triggers; i'm too used to the twisties from my hardtail)

Paul Love levers, fully sealed Avid cables for shift/brakes
Avid mech brakes, 203mm front, 185mm rear, ti mount/caliper/cable bolts
generic 20mm hub laced up to a D321 rim, 32 hole, 15ga spokes, brass nips
Ritchey Pro rear disc wheel with a Hope steel QR
(Hope Bulb front/rear with Mavic 819 disc rims, 15/16 spokes and alloy nips on the way......)

XT 12-34 cassette with some aftermarket alu lockring
SRAM X.9 short cage rear mech, SRAM pc-59 chain
RaceFace Taperlock steel BB, 120mm, ti crank bolts (yes, used the steel
bolts to tighten the cranks on first)
Shimano LX 170mm carnks, 22/32/Salsa bashring, alu ring bolts
(a new Race Face Evolve crankset/BB is on the way, with bashring to fit.)

Shimano M646 pedals, XT something or other front mech, ti bolts
Panaracer Fire FR 2.4 front, Maxxis Mobster 2.5 DH rear, generic rim tape/xc tubes

slow climbing, but with the SPV shock in back, it isn't too bad. worth it coming back down with the travel!
