They have an online customization process with select bikes that they call Project One. You can pick just about everything that goes on the bike and it'll show you exactly what it would look like. I've had a lot of fun with it, but I can't play around for long otherwise I start wanting to order it, lol. It can take some time to load the pages because they have so many options, though, so be patient.
