Bought this bike a month ago second hand and decided to recable it this week. Everything worked out fine except now the FD cable won't route through the area around the bottom bracket. The cable isn't moving and giving resistance indicating that it is being redirected. The cable comes to a complete stop, indicating that something is directly in the way, most likely the bottom bracket assembly. It also should mean that the internal housing is completely stiff. That doesn't really make sense because if that's the case, the cable would have never been able to be routed.

The cable makes its way 19" into the top tube and 5" from the FD. I drew these radii as green on these pictures. I called LookUSA earlier this week and they didn't really give me an answer. I'll call back next week.

Any ideas?
