Phil Wood is great, if you are made out of money! I use park tool grease, it's 10 dollars for a tub. So far I have overhauled almost 15 bikes and have a ton of grease left. It's good grease, I have used Phil wood in the past and I notice zero difference.

Thats WAY better than 7 bucks a pop for a little tube of Phil wood.
