It is a
Battaglin and those would be Campagnolo Atlanta rims, deep aero rims made for the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta. I have a Battaglin road bike that is a copy of the bike that Roche won his TdF on, it never fails to garner lots of compliments when I am out on it----and it rides very well too!
