Making a big profit is just speculation. That guy is living in a dream world if he thinks he can get $500 for it. Please...no way I could have made that. I might have been able to make around $200. So what then? I've got $300 to buy a bike with a worse frame.
You cringe looking at the R der? It's functioning perfect and isn't damaged at all.
The orange ourys are staying.
Why would I want a cheap starter bike when I've got a decent hardtail mtb? I wasn't looking for a track bike. I was looking for a MTB.
I can see why I'm getting criticism for the rear brake. I'll think about putting it back on. However, all this talk about selling the frame, or keeping it as a geared bike isn't necessary because you're wasting precious internet bandwidth by posting.
