Temperature drop!!! It was in the 60's today! Felt great, and it's nice not having to take my Camelbak to work.

I left too late to take the long way. More traffic today because of the fair. On the way home I had a glowing sunset to ride off into. As I crossed the second highway, someone on the corner blew off the rest of their Fourth of July rockets. It was great--they were going off right overhead, some of the sparks were dripping down on the road in front of me.

There almost always is something special about every day's ride.
