Trouble is it has solid tires .

Does anyone know of a way to remove the solid tires without damaging them?

Is it possible to properly fit pneumatic tires on those rims?
Some rims will accept pneumatic tires, some won't. Pictures might help.

I've never seen solid tires removed without damage to the tire or the rim or both. The most successful removals I've seen involved a hacksaw through the tire.
