261 3/4 today. Down 1 1/4, missed my goal but am still pleased. Down about 12 lbs. since I started in May.
Diet continues to be my limiting factor. Two more graduation parties this past weekend, and with ZERO willpower I ate quite a bit.
Rode to breakfast with the family on Sunday and then the wife and I added a 15 mile ride after so I hit my goal of 30 miles.
Worked out every day I came in to the office and golfed the other day (which counts as a workout if you shoot over a hundred like i did

).
Same goals for this week - 2lb weigh loss, 30 miles of riding, 4-5 gym workouts.
I am really looking forward to not sliding to the 250 mark on the scale at the gym. Soon, soon.
