There are drugs in the professional peleton. He believes that you can quantify who is using them and who is not by measuring a riders Vo2max and using a Power Meter to see if said rider is exceeding what the wattage his body is capable of producing.
And so who determines the wattage that you are capable of producing? And how do we know that when we determine this, you are not cheating?

I enter into evidence, Floyd Landis, who on the infamous stage 17, then later in his hearings produced info showing that he has produced wattage on that stage that he had produced regularly in the past. His power output was not outstanding, for him. Neither the wattage, nor the length of time producing said wattage. Yet people think he cheated.

Dave Stohler: "People cheat. I just didn't know."

Dad: "Well, now you know."

It's funny how I don't see Eddy Merckx, or Miguel Indurain out on the wooden chicken circuit...

Greg's a great former champion. But due to a lot of other things that he's done (like his suare with Trek and the subsequent lawsuits, etc) hardly anyone that matters is listening to him.
