Nyack ride on Sunday ~45 mi @ race pace in a group
Monday - 50 miles of hills, easy pace
Tuesday - rode 8 miles to the TT, 20 mile TT, 8 miles back, big climb to house with TT bike and big gears.
Wednesday - off, very off
Thursday - didn't touch bike until late afternoon, rode 15 miles to the race, 20 mile hillfest race, 15 miles home, uphill again
Friday - drove to Whiteface, 12 mile easy ride
Saturday - 55 mile race
Sunday - 50 mile race
Monday - extremely off day
total over 8 days = around 300 miles. Normally I would be around 200 per week but am ramping up my endurance.
