It is hard for us "athletic" types to get great power to weight ratios. I carry too much upper body muscle and I will not trade it for lower weight. In fact, I continue to work on upper body strength.

I do not think you have anything to worry about with fat stores and low weight. If that were a problem, the elite marathon runners would be in big trouble.
