Agreed with LJBike. LBS is probably better than online for finding the right saddle. Ask them for trial period and exchange priv. Pay a little more so that you can get the best fit saddle.
When trying out, do not just ride around the block. Spend at least an hour on the saddle to get a good feel for it.
In my case, I would have to ride 3hr+ to say if it may any difference (this is about where my old saddle hurts...just replace yesterday and will try this weekend).
By the way, bike short can make a real difference. If the padding is thin, worn, or have stitching in the wrong places, it could be less comfy. Have you considered good pair(s) of bike short to complement the saddle?
