I like Critical Mass but I don't go anymore because too many idiots ignore the ideas of leaving the left lane open, not harassing motorists, and that it's not a party ride. In LA, the only CM that I have been to that I didn't have moments of disappointment was Venice Critical Mass.

I understand why many people dislike CM. So many of the riders have forgotten, or don't know, that it isn't some in your face F U. It's just riders gathering to exercise their rights, but too many people are immature and use CM as an excuse to act recklessly because they probably won't get caught.
