Summer has not yet arrived in SE Wisconsin. The weather dudes have noted that we are a full 7 degrees cooler than normal for the month of June thus far. The last time the temp got over 90 in Milwaukee was in Sept 2007.

Having said all that, I don't think that I have a cut off temp on the upper end but on the lower end its anything under 5
