That is GREAT news! Glad to hear it worked out for you. I had wanted SRAM since the first ride I took on it but didn't get it till I got my Tarmac Pro. I had heard good things from the shop about ther experiences they had with SRAM, sorry PCad. Glad to hear they go that far in resolving issues, and your LBS too for that matter!
