Get a Camelbak with 3L bladder. Fill with ice cubes first, then water. Some of their backpacks will even cool your back. They make a silver reflective cover for the bladder that keeps the water cool for a bit longer.

Just be careful because your body might not be able to absorb water as fast as you are losing it no matter how much you drink.

You should definitely post a tread after a few weeks of commuting letting us know how you are doing.
