I got back about 3 hours ago from a 4-night camping trip to an amusement park in PA (http://www.knoebels.com/) with my sister and my two nieces (8 and almost 7.) When I'm camping alone, I'm pretty much content with my "freeze-dried whatever-in-a-bag" meals, but my sister was horrified when I pulled one of those out the first night. She looooves to fire up the portable grill and roast large hunks of various forms of animal. I probably ate more meat these past few days than I do over 6 weeks . . . I am *so* carnivore'd out!
