I've been getting knee pain on some of my rides, and I ice/ibuprofen when I get home from a ride like that. Normally take it before bed after having eaten.
It has come to a point where I'm ready to blame fit and not conditioning so changes will be made.
I also used to take a ton of it when I had bad tendinitis, but only take it now for my knee or if the tendinitis flares up.
I'm 20, I didn't quite expect my body to start falling apart now. Heh.
