man that sucks. I just saw his ad. How sad. i am paranoid about locking up so I always check to make sure that both sides of the u-lock are engaged. I hope he gets it back. Offering 450 is a pretty good incentive.
I sort of wonder how many people actually get their bikes back after posting an ad like that offering a reward.
Unfortunately, he was riding a very very flashy bike. Even if you don't know much about bikes, it would be easy to see that one is really nice. I commute on a nice bike but it is all black and is made by Jamis, not a flashy company like cinelli.
Also, I hate 2222. I never ride on it. I usually start off at 360 and mopac and take 360 up to spicewood springs. From there, I go to balcones and back down through the city. i always avoid 2222 though
