So, Shimano still makes Dura-Ace downtube shifters for a 10 speed drive train.
I am considering getting a custom made steel road frame built up and am thinking about the possibility of building it up in very classic style using the Dura-Ace downtube shifters.
My question is, if I decide to use these shifters what non-integrated brake levers does Shimano recommend using that would be appropriate in a complete (or mostly) Dura-Ace gruppo?

The only possible option I have found are the BR-600:
