Cable tension is very high. Anyways, if you read the Park Tool FD installation, they say not to have too much tension when it's in the small gear. Regardless, it's pretty tight right now. I can move it a tiny bit more but it still rubs a little in the 11 tooth. All of the other FD installs I've done I could throw the chain all the way over the big ring unless I adjusted the limit screw. Oh and the reason this is not in the mechanic forum is because there is never any traffic. Anyways, I think online help is complete, I will let bdcheung show me how it's done.
