I walked past a bike with a pringled front wheel locked to a power pole for a couple of weeks one time. Not a great bike but that was all that was really wrong with it. Finally one day I took the wheel off with my Vise Grips and smacked it against the curb like you can do to flatten it out and put it back on. Next day it was gone. They just didn't know what to do.
