Rode from downtown Bremen to downtown Mishawaka tonight. 15.9 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes. Which included about a 10 minute hike as I had to get off of my bike and carry it through a detour that the Indiana department of transportation decided to set up on the ONLY major road between the two towns. I got to play cyclocross in the mud. Even on a bike I couldn't get through. My wife was mad though... I forgot my wallet, had no money and no ID, and she came home from work sick today. I didn't get any of her 9 calls telling me to meet her at home. Plus she was worried about me. Did I mention that I'm type 2 Diabetic, and it was 90 degrees out. That's why she was worried. weather permitting I'm going to do this twice more this week. Without angering the SO I hope!
