yes, my boss suggested it when I started. It helps avoid the worst traffic. I do an 8-4 instead of a 9-5. In truth though I get here at 7:15, and even after showering changing, cleaning my bike and filling the bird feeder I'm still ready to work by 7:45. getting on the road at 6:30 am is early enough for me!
