El Cheapo that came stock on my big-box-store Schwinn. Works OK for me. My commute is 7 miles each way and it's been comfortable enough for my 20-ish mile weekend morning rides, too... for now. I can imagine wanting to upgrade eventually, but man, at $100 for a Brooks B17. That must REALLY be worth it and/or you all make a hell of a lot more money than I do!
