Well, you need to build a solution one piece at a time. Race limiters. Look at your last race: why didn't you win? Look at the point where you should have advanced to the next step to winning, and analyze what prevented you from taking that step. If your main limiter wasn't fitness, then you need to work on tactics, handling, position, or whatever -- but still try to figure out what your biggest fitness limiter is.
If you feel weak in everything, then FTP is likely your biggest fitness limiter. If so, ignore the other stuff completely until you kill that FTP limiter in your current category.
