Thanks for the advice. I ended up buying it for $80. I'll update on how it is after I ride it a bit more. From the small amount of riding that I've already done, I can tell that the frame is pretty stiff/rigid. Also, you were right about the steerer tube - it's 1" so I won't be able to switch out the fork.
