I didn't just do that did I?

Force Dev Workout followed by uphill sprints.

Best sprint.
5 sec of 1304W. Max of 1387. About 19.43 W/Kg.
10 sec of 1190 W.
15 sec of 1130 W.

My 20 sec was just a hair under 1000 W.

What made the difference?

Pulling my bars like they were the guardians blocking me from getting outta hell.

I'm psyched!
