Amazing Customer Service
I just thought that I'd put out a positive experience I've had recently.
I own a Quarq CinQo and recently had offset problems with it (values that were far out of line). Talking to Quarq, which was super easy as they're easily accessible on Gmail chat, we diagnosed the problem as something that had gone wrong internally. Quarq sent me a shipping label that day.
Talking to them a few business days later they mentioned how my crank had shown up a day later than expected. I understood this and inquired to see that I'd get the crank before my vacation on July 1st, even though it would mean I would not have the CinQo for a stage race the weekend before.
Upon hearing that I'd miss a race Quarq worked extra fast to have a same day turnaround on my crank and then they overnighted it (internationally I may add, I'm in Canada) so that I could have it installed before the race.
I got the unit brand new with new mounts and everything and a free water bottle to boot. It set up perfect and I'm up and running again. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received and thought I'd share it with other roadies, for a new company Quarq sure knows what to focus on. Customer service is key!
