Bikes: Specialized Sirrus Sport, Specialized Stumpjumper Comp, Brompton, Trek 1500

BB should not be gone, had similar issue and LBS took off cranks and regreased around bb problem went away. With price of bike and spec you might chance taking it back as part of post sale service
