I'd first look at getting some clipless pedals to maximize your power output. Be advised that the learning curve with them can be steep and you would have to get used to them before riding up many hills as you have to remember to clip out before stopping- or you'll fall over. That said, now that I'm used to using clipless pedals I wouldn't want to be without them on any hill.
I would get fitted to the bike- with my pedals so the fitter can make any adjustments to them- as a fitting should further maximize your power output efficiency.
After that, I'd probably look at getting a smaller small ring, probably a 28T ring or a 26T if possible, before getting a wide ratio cassette, matching rear derailleur and perhaps a longer chain. A wide ratio cassette is annoying to use on flat land rides as the large gaps between gears will leave you wanting tighter gearing and it partly negates the advantage of having a triple, that being close-ratio gears while still having low climbing gears.
You can do any of the above but the fitting is most important.
