Well for me, about mid 40's my body started letting me know I was getting older. The eyes started going (I'm far sighted now), I have arthritis in my upper and lower spine. Got a skin yamaka on top of my head. Cholesterol has me on Lipitor, I take Lexapro for anxiety/panic attacks.
Other then that it's just great!
