So I'm totally confused. You took the bike to a shop, they noticed this problem, they tried several wheels to make sure the problem wasn't a wheel. They determined the frame was faulty, and you didn't ask them what to do about it? Some things sound strange. You didn't say the wheel was properly dished. Was it? You also didn't mention how the rim lined up with the down tube. Was it parallel? Centered? Some frames now have asymmetric chainstays. Does the Orca? How does the rim line up with the center of the brake bridge?
