The inscribed numbers aren't on the bottom bracket, they're on the cable routing piece, which is just plastic (with teflon sometimes) that's screwed to the frame to route the cables. It's not necessarily in line with the axle. You could use the slit in the crank arm though, that should be perpendicular.

That being said, it looks fine to me. What size is the tire? I just looks like it has REALLY tight tolerances, and the wheel dish is off by a couple mm. It doesn't look like a big deal, but I'm not sure without actually seeing it.
