One guy in my group is 66 and just rode the Harpoon B2B, the ride is from Boston to Vermont. That's 150 miles in a day with over 7000ft of climbing, he average 18.5mph riding in a group.

I guess I'm still a pup at 38, but I'm probably in the best shape of my life. Don't take your age to seriously!

That's easier said then done when you are so young

The biggest problem I'm finding is the pounds are not melting away nearly as fast. Now my diet isn't perfect, but its way better than it was in the past. Hoping I can string a few 100 mile weeks in a row and then the weight loss will come, the strength will improve and the fitness will be coming along.
