Here's the real issue - when you're out on the bike in summer, what's the first thing you notice when you stop, particularly if you've been riding hard? Your sweat stops evaporating in the wind and starts running off your skin and soaking your clothes. Its not so pleasant to walk into a comparatively airless closed store and wait to buy something as you're roasting in your skin.

That's why I'd use a drive-thru if I could, and wish we had more open-air markets...
