my mtb conversion
i thought i should upload a picture of my bike. this is the bike that was stolen from me and quickly recovered by the LAPD. After getting it back, I flipped the stem and had a rigid fork put in. I think some may find it somewhat odd looking, but its more recognizable than ever. Hopefully thats a deterrent but just in case, I picked up a NY Fahgettaboudit U-Lock off amazon. I'm thinking of maybe putting some 28-559 tires to further imitate a road bike, just worried I'll regret it and wish I'd gone for some 50mm Big Apples.
