Munchie, small business will survive, small businesses won't. They wull continue to come and go.
And the government does nothing to encourage it. I understand the duties payable on certain items. Good to see them protecting the domestic photo/bicycle/electronics industry. Lowering/eliminating duties would lower prices, which might actually encourage commerce.
