Bikes: "Hildy", a Novara Randonee touring bike; a 16-speed Bike Friday Tikit; and a Specialized Stumpjumper frame-based built-up MTB, now serving as the kid-carrier, grocery-getter.
For a perfect height, I put the back left corner of the seat against my right hipbone then close the clamp. Handlebar height and bar tils are more variable, but both are easy to fiddle with that when I'm stopped at a light.
