Gacke set up a bike almost perfect just by looking at me. When I got on the bike, the seat only had to be adjusted down a fraction of an inch, everything else was spot on.
+1 I just got my new bike from RBM this weekend and Mike did my fitting. It was my first "real" bike fit, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my dumb questions
I was considering getting my next bike online (e.g. BD), but this experience just confirmed my decision that having personal connections and resources trumps the difference in price.
